With God’s blessing, the Private Law Branch in our college discussed the topic submitted by the student (Maha Ibrahim Ahmed) as a doctoral thesis project in private law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ Prof. Dr. Sahar Rashid Hamid, Chairman 2_ Prof. Dr. Muhammad Latif Saleh, Member 3_ Prof. Omar Ali Negm, Member 4_ Prof. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim, Member and Supervisor, where the committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic in all its aspects, Some suggestions were also presented to the student to serve her topic and to overcome the difficulties she may face in the future.
