Professor Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed, Dean of the College of Law, attended the meeting of the Deans' Committee of Law Colleges, which was held this Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Baghdad at Al-Imam Al-Kadhum College (Peace Be Upon Him).
The council discussed the results of the evaluative exam and the course subjects included in this exam for the current 2025-2026 academic year. Additionally, it approved the curriculum for the PhD program in Public Law related to our college, which was established by a ministerial order and will be implemented starting from the next 2026-2027 academic year.
Furthermore, the meeting discussed the mechanisms for implementing the Bologna Process system, which will be adopted in the law colleges in Iraq starting from the current 2025-2026 academic year. It is worth noting that our college has prepared the curricula and syllabi for this system, and it will be implemented starting with the first-year students for the current year.
The meeting also discussed a number of other issues on the agenda.
