Vacant PhD Seat in Private Law Only
With reference to the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Research and Development Department/Postgraduate Studies Section, numbered (B T 5/10051) on 14/9/2025, the University of Fallujah announces the reopening of the rotation process among universities for the purpose of filling vacant seats for successful candidates in the competitive exam and candidates covered by adjustment grades, according to the previously circulated rotation mechanism. The process will take place from Monday, 15/9/2025, until the end of working hours on Thursday, 18/9/2025.
Please note that the vacant PhD seat is for Private Law only.
There are 6 seats allocated as follows:
Martyrs before 2003: 1 seat
Political prisoners: 1 seat
People with disabilities: 2 seats
Martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces: 1 seat
Compensation for affected individuals: 1 seat
