Administrative and Financial Corruption on Social Media – Legal Framework and Practical Mechanisms
The Legal Unit at the College of Law / University of Fallujah held the training course titled "Administrative and Financial Corruption on Social Media – Legal Framework and Practical Mechanisms" on Sunday, April 26, 2026, as part of the anti-corruption plan aimed at combating and reducing corruption. This initiative was carried out within the framework of enhancing legal and supervisory awareness of the risks of the digital environment. The course aimed to enable participants to understand modern methods exploited through electronic platforms and to introduce the legal and practical frameworks capable of monitoring and addressing these practices, thereby contributing to promoting integrity, transparency, and protecting public funds. The course was delivered by Dr. Maher Muhammad Alwan, Lecturer Ashwaq Talib Kasar, and Assistant Lecturer Anwar Nouri Khalil.
